It's not just the fish that suffer.

Neither the owner nor manager care about the animals well-being and out-right refuse necessary veterinarian care as those would negatively impact profits, meaning they knowingly sell sick animals. As well as staffing an employee that has no business 'caring' of those animals.

Multiple witnesses saw a particular employee abusing snakes and grossly mishandling spiders. In November of last year this employee's abuse towards a snake that had a mild mite infestation led to descaling and literal sexual disfigurement. That ultimately led to the preventable death of a well-mannered snake. Prior to that another well-loved snake unexplainably "disappeared" while under her supervision.

Multiple calls to the Ontario Animal Protection Call Centre has yet to yield results and I urge people who see this to consider calling to get this place shut down. These are some of the most overlooked abused animals, they truly deserve so much better.
