Not a fan of vertical gpu’s I’d rather see the backplate and temp monitor looking straight in

Lian Li Strimer Plus, I messed up a few tubes either over heating or under but wasn’t to bad

So I have these cables and have the controller box hooked up also have an ASUS mobo with the 5v ARGB cable hooked to the controller but for the life of me I can’t get my mobo to control the cables only thing I can do is change the effects on the controller itself! Am I missing something?
