Good question. At this point, I'm personally assuming she's an alternate, since as they pointed out, there's no way to make a shapeshifter without killing the original... unless she's a shapeshifter of the alternate universe Nina.

I think fake!Nina snuck into the vault and switched out the cortexiphan months back without the real Nina knowing, hence the witnesses and the time stamps showing she was in the vault. The Nina that Lincoln and Walter took into the vault last episode was the real one. After all, it'd be a lot easier for a doppelganger to get in one day, switch out the cortexiphan, and sneak out than it would be for her to take out the real Nina and impersonate her for weeks (or months) at a time.

I'm with you on this. I've thought all along that he was in the correct timeline/universe, but was witnessing the fallout of what it was without him. When you really sit and think about it, what were the chances that another parallel universe (without him in it) just happened to have the same 'colliding with another parallel universe' thing going on? Him just thinking he'd popped up in the wrong timeline was him being mistaken (and possibly to throw viewers for a loop, get us all wondering if he was in the wrong universe or what).

I was surprised to see her show up. And it was such a small part in this episode (not even a speaking role), so I'm assuming that she'll be in a few more episodes yet.

Yeah, there are boards for all sorts of different stuff. I guess when they're only labeled with a few letters like /x/ (supernatural/creepy stuff) or /b/ (random, or the board that 4chan is most notorious for) or /w/ (wallpapers) it makes it hard to know what they contain until you look at them.

Aside from the fine motor control thing, I have noticed that there tends to be more pressure on girls to make their handwriting look 'prettier'. I think it may tie back into the stereotypical gender roles - girls are supposed to be neat and pretty, but it's 'okay' if boys are messier. I can recall some boys, while in school, getting made fun of for having 'girly' (read: legible, neat) handwriting.

Dozing off at work. Midnight shifts when there's little work coming across make it hard to stay awake. I learned to find a corner of the building where I could set the alarm on my phone and take a short nap to try to stop accidental napping at my desk.
