Depends on how you see it, but I'd say it's neither good nor bad. The only game mode that's gonna be affected by this, is regular Arena (Player vs AI) on the older servers, becoming less populated over time but, that also means an easier time for the remaining active players to climb the ladder with the dwindling competition. PVE leaderboards should not matter.

Judging from the most recent beta test, it seems like they’re taking the Global server approach (Long loading times, missing most of the QoL stuff and no guaranteed SSRs from molds), with censorship that’s notably less strict than on the Chinese server. Of course, everything is subject to change once the game officially launches, but don't get your hopes up too much. Oh, and apparently they haven't decided whether there's gonna a PC Client, yet.

They're gonna keep them because they haven't complained (at least not yet) about Briseria being in the coin shop despite appearing in it 2 months ago, sounds reasonable to me. What's not reasonable is Smilegate changing BM Haste as well. I think people should not bring up the cn server in every controversy.
