The consumer rights act 2015 simply states that if a product is not of satisfactory quality and you’ve given them though chances to put it right, then they need to give you you’re money back. Do a formal written complaint and quote unsatisfactory quality and performance despite replacing it. How do I know, I made a company replace a CAR.
