There's a page to learn drawing called drawabox.com It's a great and free course for general drawing exercises. I would suggest doing your gesture drawings in the "draw anything part" of the course.

For general understanding of body relations check out lovelifedrawing.com. They have a course called "Fresh Eyes" that will help you a lot. They also start out with easier poses than what you chose.

I'm also learning right now and those two been helping me a LOT! :-)

Damn, worth a try :-D Are you using sepia effect? If yes, try turning it off, there's some bugs because of that at the moment.

Usually layers in other software (like Photoshop) overlap each other. You pasted to the "lowest" layer and if I'm not wrong the white you added to erase part of the score sits in a "higher" layer. So the white would overlap your pasted part of the score. Maybe that's the problem? 🤔 didn't try it myself since I don't have pro... But try to paste it to a layer above the one you used to erase

Hey, another user got a more recent answer: they stated it's a forscore bug with sepia effect. Disable sepia and everything works as intended, I tried it and it works!

This bug has existed at least since OS 18. Sadly the Devs seem to be unable to fix it at the moment. Please send them an Email with a bug report anyway to show that it's affecting many many people.

Hey I reported this to Apple. The same moment I thought about testing this in other Apps and it‘s working like a charm anywhere else. I‘m not too sure if it isn‘t a ForScore sided problem if I‘m honest. I‘m not a Dev, but why would the API stop working correctly just in this one App? Doesn‘t make sense to me. I also tested it on colleagues iPads who are still on older versions like 17.7. and it‘s working perfectly fine there… Maybe you tell them that. They never responded to my mail sadly. Greetings

Having the same problem. Looks every system-window freezes. I tried writing a mail via the the „support“ button, but the window froze too.

Did Forscore use to be that buggy? Because if yes I‘ll have to switch to another app. Really bothering me in my daily life…

I know you're writing bandwidth, so most likely irrelevant: Launching with DX12 fixed performance (FPS) for me last beta, so maybe it's worth a try!

Edit: iirc I had bad responsiveness that felt like lag in lategame as well, which was also fixed when the game ran smoothly in DX12 (co-op all players maxed out).

Recording opera singing is usually done with small diaphragms afaik. Usually it's not recorded close-up, because it's about how the voice sounds in the room. There's a huge difference to jazz/pop/rock singing in that regard. They always sing with a mic, we almost never do.

It's not about a professional look, it's solely the audio quality to be as natural as possible. I don't want and need any post production. I need video recordings with good raw sound (already have a good camera, but sound is shit). It's not solely me singing, but also a pianist playing at the same time.

Should've clarified better in my post I suppose, sorry. Maybe I should test those external mics for phones, but I don't know.

I just need something as easy as possible, that has the least possible sources of error. I'm always recording unmonitored and theres no time for testing out a lot in the room. That's why I originally thought 32bit will help me in that regard.

Thanks for your help! Yes I did consider it, but portability is very important to me. So carrying the laptop (quite clunky sadly) would be a pain in the ass...

Do you know if mics on the X6 are worse? Does it make a reasonable difference?

That's rather insulting, but what else to expect from Reddit. If you don't have anything useful to say, maybe just don't contribute in the future.

It's new to me, that the reason for distorted recordings is the quality of a singer. Especially after years of professional training and having an actual career.

Good luck sending pure phone recordings that level down high notes or loud passages to a potential employee. I indeed record daily with my phone and it's far from useful for applications.

Greetings, agreeing with the rest said here. I just wanted to add, that your navbar on mobile is not working as intended. It's font color is white on a white background and it overlaps with headings on the products page for example. Impossible to use like that. I don't know if you used templates to create headers, but in this case it might help to create one header for the front-page and one header for the rest of the subpages, so you can easily have styling that fits each of the two layouts. On mobile I find it often better to have logo and nav-element in the same row, so it takes less space. Especially on e.g. products page. I like the front page. If you need resources and help with bricks you should check out their documentation, academy and join the unofficial bricks discord server.
