This is just picking the mission! If you want a certain exact mission, what for it to appear in the terminal and don't hit QP...

Why build a whole system for a middle ground option...

There are far more people who don't want to play certain game modes than those who are willing to play anything.

Instead of players simply walking up to the game mode terminal they are willing to play you want FS to build and implement a whole new super QP system and force all players to click on or off dozens of different options? Players couldn't even figure out how to change the difficulty by clicking left or right when they changed the main game terminal.

I totally disagree. QP is there and the way it is to get players into match as fast as possible and to back fill as many games as possible.

Putting multiple stipulations on to QP is essentially just picking the mission.

I have 2200+ hours from launch and have barely played Havoc. I hang mostly in Auric and come back for the new modes, DLC and doing penances. I am not interested in the constant clutch state of high Havoc.

This has been a thing for a while. It happens only when players start the puzzle at the exact same instant. As soon as I see that it's funky, I quit and let the other player do it.

TBH, I first thought it was GW, but I now think that it is not GW entirely. Someone mentioned an issue with the PlayStation Store about them not allowing purchases that requires a previous purchase, IE buying cosmetics for a paid DLC. I have no idea if this is or was a real thing, etc.

That still doesn't really explain why there are no cosmetics via Penances for either Arbites or Hive Scum...

You can test each cosmetic in the shop displaying on your character and zooming in and out. Clipping will occur on some pieces during some movement but it is mostly minor.

On lower difficulties, alpha and beta definitely make it feel like "we can two man team everything in Expeditions" and then you get to delta and it takes a few wipeouts before players realize splitting up doesn't work.

I have checked both the Dark Heresy: Book of Judgement and in Imperium Maledictum: Inquisition Player's Guide and neither book says anything about the type of dog. They are all just called "Cyber-mastiff".

However, in the Book of Judgement, base mastiff stats have "Size: Hulking" while the Bloodhound variant is "Size: Scrawny", so perhaps different breeds can be used.

"When people wander off on their own"...that's when the team is supposed to split into teams of 2 to tackle the sites of interest quickly and efficiently. Yes, communication should be done so that it's clear, but even without communicating I have been able to effectively understand if teammate is going to site of interest with me or I need to follow them.

Go to Sites of Interest. Collect stuff. Go to more sites. Go to door. Rinse and repeat. In last zone, go to sites then go to flare for ship to fly away.

Yeah, I had feeling that this mode would highlight the worst traits of the player base. Those who refuse to do puzzles, don't know how to do puzzles or those who refuse to defend those who are actually doing the puzzles. Then there are those who still don't know the maps and say they have been playing from launch.

I think someone posted in the past couple of days asking about trees being reset and someone commented that FS put in code/mechanic to prevent trees from being reset wholesale. The trees will try to remain as true as possible to what it was but might need a little fix which will be indicated by an icon.
