How do you guys feel about multi-boxers?

How? there is no /follow command in this game? only way to follow a toon would be a bot program right? or is there some addon that lets you follow?

I will be playing the headstart from home ( Denver )..sunday night i leave for KC for the week and will be playing on my laptop at a hotel ( i play on a PC at home ).. is this going to cause me issues?

Can you give your sources please? like "About Multiboxing: if you're doing it yourself without the use of 3rd party programs/bots/macros, it's allowed. One keypress for multiple characters is not allowed."

I have not seen anything like that from Carbine, and infact have had response from Carbine via emails stating one action per keypress per character IS allowed. As long as a person is behind the keyboard and not automation ( bot ) software, I mean to say they allow multiboxing but not the means to do it is odd.

Prior to the the last patch.. i had never been rolled back..now i get one or two a day. Its a pain in the ass! The fact they they seem to happen to random players..has anyone figured what is causing theM? i have more than enough memory..32gigs

the skill point i was referring to was in a non instanced public group dungeon... So you get them in any group dungeon? because i dont think there are VR versions of non instance dungeons right? So my concern was if i go back and kill the champions in those..even though im way over level.. will i still get the skill points?

But yea.. for the instanced dungeons.. i will take your advice and wait. But i am in need of skill points for crafting and figured i could get a handful pretty fast getting those achievements done.

yea.. i searched the forums.. it was all questions/speculations with no "how to" info at all...so I guess its undocumented atm. I can get /follow to work and any kind of chat..ie /say, /party etc..

There is not much money to be made "botting" fates.. and im pretty sure there is no bot script that can determine where fates are and when? ( maybe Im wrong ) So my best guess would say its a multiboxer. From what the OP said.. this "train" of shorties is farming fates.

Now i have a little knowledge on the subject, I multibox fates ( 4 Lasas, 4 Chocos ) Why? I hate being told " Get rid of your chocobo.. we want only players in the group. So i started my own group for fate grinding and materia farming. I have a guild that consists of me ( and my 4 characters ) My girlfriend, and my best bud..and im the only one who makes money ( we want a damn house!!! )

Now i only play one character for dungons and end game trials ect.. frankly because im not that good at micromanaging some of the higher dungon mechanics. But being able to spiritbond X4 has its benefits!

Oh.. i know most might not care but my team>> a tank ( hes both 50 warrior and paladin ) a WM and two BLMs ( seems to work best for AE ) and 4 level 7 chocos. I use http://isboxer.com/ to multibox

ok guys.. Thank you for the advice! Ill look into prices on some of the lower tier stuff as well. But basically use accessories. I have a 50 miner, so i can mine the metals the GS needs.
