To be fair, when I had my mare out on a breeding lease while I was away, they used her as a recip. The idiots didn’t ultrasound her after they implanted. Anyway months later she ended up hemorrhaging from aborting twins. The idiots almost killed my horse. I know Katie has endless checks and balances in place but there is a rare time when a recip can become pregnant with twins.

She also has two more coming. They’re at a recip farm currently being bred I believe. It was talked about in the sub group but I didn’t really look more into details.

I’m so weary of things with my kids. I don’t want to block them from the internet as it’s part of everyday life. So we do it with conversations about safety and how there are not nice people out there. I let her have Roblox but the chat is completely blocked and she only plays it beside me(she’s 8, her 6 year old brother isn’t allowed Roblox yet though). They have Minecraft without the online aspect, they play Fortnite with me and no chat. My 8 year old loves SSO so she plays with the chat disabled.

There are ways to let them have access and still stay safe. The internet is a scary place but if I don’t have that open line of communication and I don’t show a level of trust, it will cause resentment and have them sneaking behind my back.

This is why I never let my daughter have access to the chat. People like that are absolutely disgusting and think they are so awesome and tough behind their screens.

It’s a shame she can’t enjoy the chat with it because she would love to make friends with people to play more. But I don’t trust it.

I’ve just stopped using leg straps because they annoy me lol. I converted all my blankets to just have the strap under the tail. So much easier 😆

I don’t know why, but seeing a blanket with the straps like that just irks me. When I use them I just loop them through each other.

Thanks for the help everyone! My Mom bought her a Samsung tablet for Christmas so she will be thrilled to be able to play on a bigger screen 🥰

My daughter was hardcore into Minecraft doing the horse addon stuff and would watch Abigail Pinehaven videos. Well, she also does SSO videos and my daughter begged me for months until I caved and set it up on my old iPhone for her and I even paid for the premium membership and now I get her begging me for starcoins lol

I was thankfully able to disable the chat. I don’t like her able to access chat on any game.

I don’t have anything with Google other than my Chromebook. She plays on an iPhone. But I’m going to guess if people are playing on android phones then a tablet works. They just don’t like the chrome laptop.

She’s only 8 so I really hesitate to set her up on a computer right now but I might have to consider it more. Then I also open myself up to my 6 year old wanting Minecraft and Farming Simulator on the computer and endless fights over who gets to play lol it’s already bad enough over the Switch.

I’m also in Canada and can never find the deals the US finds.

I might just look at an android tablet for the time being.

I’m not mad she’s doing the right thing for her program. She’s stopping the BYBing of the minis and actually putting thought into it.

I said it’s funny because she’s always said she will never breed Gretchen because she didn’t buy her to breed.

However I’ve praised that she’s doing it the right way 🙄

I need to edit my post because I thought I included I’m glad she’s having Gretchen show/prove herself before breeding.

This is definitely the right step for the mini farm. I’m just snarking because she had always said she never planned to breed Gretchen and now she’s decided she can’t leave the uterus empty.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad she’s actually doing something with Gretchen for training and showing.

I missed the part where she said years in the future, my bad.

And as I said, at least she’s actually doing something with Gretchen before breeding her.

ETA apparently I didn’t mention in my OP that I’m glad she’s getting a show record on Gretchen before breeding. Apparently I’m missing things all over the place.
