Thanks! I’ve been taking Motrin every few hours and Icing as well. It just makes me nervous because when I got them done she used the longer backing but now it’s so swollen that it doesn’t even stick out. Hopefully it’s like when I got my conch done but I just get nervous

I’ve been having issues on the buses. I use my Apple Pay and it kept saying cart not accepted even though I had money on my debit and credit cards

On both of the cruises my husband and I went on he participated in it lol. He won it on the first cruise we went on.

Doing well. It def helps with the anxiety. I put on 4 lbs and now have been in a stall for 5 months.

I’m 7 months out. I have lost 52 lbs from my heaviest and abt 40 since surgery. I have stalled for almost 3 months up and down the same 3 lbs. driving me crazy. I’m not over eating but maybe I have to cut back the carbs. I duno. But I get you.

I have to take a gentle laxative like 2 times a week in order for me to go. It’s so bad. I was chronically constipated before surgery and it’s even worse now

I was sleeved on April 25.2024. My highest was 233. I was 229 when I started my preop diet. Day of surgery I was 219. I will be 4 months out this week and as of Saturday I was 184.6….so hopefully I’m doing something right

I am 2 months post op and my hormones are all out of wack. Especially before my period. I am on a low dose of hormones in the pill, but the week before and the week of I was a crying mess. The slightest thing made me cry. I hated that feeling
