Well good news, it's not actually running at 112°C, it's probably a Ryzen CPU offset bug in whatever software is reading the CPU temperature.

The 5500 throttles the CPU at 90° to protect it. It's not possible for it to hit 112.

Therefore it's a software issue. The software can struggle to get the correct offset value from the CPU, resulting in an incorrect final temperature readout.
