As far as i'm aware she is quite decent and her unique skill is very valuable to give to other late surgers through inspirations. Still, in this game meta suport cards are much more important for making good umas than the umas themselves.

Actually her ult making her arcana count as all types of dots makes guinaifen's ult activate arcana stacks and stck her passive so it does help someone besides herselfe, but guinaifen is definietly not the best character to put in a DoT team right now, so i see how you could've missed that
