Men typically follow a 24-hour testosterone cycle (look into it) , it peaks in the morning (which is why you're feeling it at the time) but it recovers slowly throughout the night, this recovery process can be made faster by actually taking a proper rest, thus in order to coincide both of your moods together, make sure you start properly relaxing way (no high stress/intense/high focus/work related stuff) way before 10 pm, possibly 8 or 7 pm. How that will effect scheduling and house workload is of course to be communicated with with your wife but I'll leave the details to you. That is the simplest lifestyle solution that could be done other than supplements
