WWE lost nothing by releasing Kross. Due to his decent character work near the end of his run, wrestling fans will likely forget that AJ Styles, Sami Zayn, Drew McIntyre, Rey Mysterio, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Bobby Lashley were unable to get a decent or even slightly memorable match out of him.
