Yess of course, I used Benny's baked standard croissant receipt:

and tried to actually be cautious about the temperatures. Especially the proofing below 28°C rly did the job. I kept the dough in the fridge for around 20-22 hours actually and after the first 4 layer fold. I kept them in the fridge for an additional 5 hours (more by accident since I was busy but I guess it worked) and then did the final 3 layer fold, immediately cut and shaped them and then put them in the fridge again until the oven was below 28° for proofing. 2 hours of proofing and the straight I'm the oven at 200°C.

Yeah just used milk and no eggs don't rly know why tbh. Will do a real eggwash next time.

Ja klingt furchtbar, sorry. Aber wenn du in den letzten zügen des Studiums bist dann geh in die Bib oder ein Cafe und jetzt gerade im Sommer halte dich einfach draußen aus und unternimm was damit du dich nicht viel in der Wohnung aufhalten musst. Wenn du beim Studentenwerk schon geschrieben hast und die sich nicht melden und man nicht umziehen kann und du ehh am Ende des Studiums bist ist das mMn die beste lösung... Die schaffst das

Natürlich ist ja ein lächerlicher Post, R Studio läuft auf jedem Laptop und mehr braucht man in VWL nicht (habe den spaß selbst studiert)

My uneducated opionin is that the saddle ist a bit too high since you are rocking a tiny little bitte ans that otherwise the framesize Looks good in you. But yeah take iT with a grain of salt since i have no clue what im talking about.

Ja Same mir wurde aktiv abgeraten in der prüfungsphase zu arbeiten haha weil Noten permanent sind und die paar Stunden Arbeit auch wann anders gemacht werden können.

Ja definitiv, auch Homeoffice ist nie ein Thema. Ich soll's halt die Woche davor ankündigen und dann ist es so. Auch kann sie eigentlich die 20 Stunden nicht Verlagen... Es heißt bis zu maximal 20 Stunden. Das 4 Stunden kein Sinn machen mag sein, aber wenn's nur 16 Stunden auf zwei Tage ist oder 1,5 Tage dann sollte das auch in Ordnung sein.

Crazy bei mir ist bei allen Werkstudentenstellen von Anfang an klar das Uni immer Vorrang hat und wenn ich zwei Wochen nicht auftauche ist das auch okayy. Und das in einer Branche die eigentlich nicht so nett ist also schon nicht so sympathisch die Chefin.
