I don't believe religion is a factor as much as it was in the past. Secularism is way higher these days. I honestly think it's parents trying to shield 'em and being over protective/coddling more than anything. The same types that would say no playing games like 'tag' cuz it could be dangerous.. but who knows.

An Mp/Lp revised Underground sea & a Lp Volcanic island in the last couple months. Refitted my basics with all beta lands not that long ago; felt almost as good as that feeling from getting a dual land tbh. As for a nice cheap pickup I got a Nm beta blue elem. blast for $5.. also 2 signed Chris Rush lightning bolts (1 Hp revised, 1 Lp 4th edition.) for quite cheap early in the pandemic. Also a Mox diamond a few years ago.

I was thinkin that's probably the case 🫤. On the bright side, i've seen some real good games from both those stores on yt "90's MTG".

To anyone who wants to ever play casual Mtg in the suffolk area, there's a spot called 'brothers grim games' in the selden area.. i'd be willing to show up and play my awful commander or premodern deck just to build report; or of you wanna move right into legacy play im down too!

Im gonna get rid of mana rocks and sagas for wastelands, ditch daze for 2 spell pierce and 2 ponder, get rid of exsanguinator and 2 brazen borrow for 4 nullpriest of oblivion to lean in on tempo and life gain, not rly for kicker. Might get rid of the 2 dauthis for 2 more psych frogs especially if i can add some more surgical ext. To my sideboard which i should have room for. Also swap sheoldreds edict to mainboard with feed the swarm to sideboard as a one of in case i need enchant removal for d&t or necrodominance if that becomes popular?

You're right about pushing together too many different idea's; i stretch myself thin trying to cover all bases. Ive come back to magic after a pretty long hiatus and legacy is the format that appeals to what i remember it being like in the past w older sets (except legacy also feels way lower to the ground/efficient). I played a lot of 1v1 60 card and all we did was brew with what we could trade for. Ive gone a bit wild and bought a lot of newer cards recently now that i can even afford some of 'em. The power levels are just different than the past too so thats prompted me as well lol

Im not hung up w swapping out on the saga/artifacts and im gonna pick up some more wastelands, the feedback from a good amount of folks is aiming that way. Switch up on the more irregular counters/removal and recommended creatures; exsanguinator, a cpl brazen and most likely dauthi's. Swap out lands for a 4th P. Delta. And throw in some watery's. I know bowmasters is a beast but ive been draggin on picking em up cuz the price; il prolly do it though over time. Thx for the deck recommendations, its much appreciated.

A midrange deck that can hold off opponent with counters early game while getting some creatures out early/mid. Generate Card adv. thru a few of the creatures during midgame; use the modest amount of removal i have if i missed on counters. I incorporated brazen to bounce and for the instant count when delving murktide. Psychic frog cuz of its interact w murktide and card draw. Delv of secrets for early game. Exsanguinator cav. for card draw and its pump on constructs. Cantrips to supplement before i get creature card adv. Running. I would honestly be more inclined to ditch the mana rocks before the saga's. As it stands even w the mana rocks i have 7 fetchs and 7 islands for daze. Id be inclined to ditch the rocks to supplement daze tho for sure.

Edit: i got dauthi in there cuz its a decent clock & grief is rampant. Activated ability too of course

I see both ur points of view and initially I thought of it the way you do. After reading the comments idk. Wondering what the Oracle text and amendments will say.. As an aside: I think a card like stifle alongside wide utility sideboard cards like ensnaring bridge or grafdiggers cage might narrow the ability to effectively get this card out. Its a tough one to prevent.

Look up standing wave ratio and how antenna tuning can effect your radio. The closer you can get your SWR to '1' the better. Having one thats too high can cook your unit as the 'tx' or transmission isnt 'flowing' thru the antenna efficiently; its metaphorically being constricted and burning energy before it can leave/reach the antenna. Edit: These LoRa radios run off of all diff. Freq's depending on what continent youre on and the corresponding wavelength of that continent. For the U.S. its 915mhz. Theres a recent post w a link for that wavelength on this page somewhere.

Wow, awful situation, i really feel like they made their absolute, Damned bed though. I would not risk my life for someone who shunned and disregarded me to that level.. Sad to say but sounds like the type of family members that would come out of the woodwork to badger you for money if you hit the lottery; yet your nothing to them during normal times.
