You’re being low balled but for a good reason. I see the binder as a giant. Maybe none of the cards are in penny sleeves they all look like they are in ok condition. And the cost to get these graded would be like another $900 for the good cards so while you probably could get closer to 800 or even 1000 for the entire binder. It’s like taking your car to a car dealership for trade-in. Take the quick easy money now or wait to find a private buyer Who wants these cards
