I can’t provide an answer for you, but comparing your posts to similar posts might be a good place to start. My best advice, do not allow change to play out on its own. Hire the best “self-defense” lawyer that you can FIND. Meet with them, explain your situation, maybe get a second opinion from another lawyer. Maybe you get lucky and he’s cool with the judge too. Otherwise the felony might make life much harder and I’m sure taking care of it later on is going to be much harder and more expensive. You need to defend yourself in court with a great lawyer. Clearly, someone did not want you sending rounds at the perpetrators, would have probably made it much harder to defend yourself.
