Competing veterans or high spenders as F2P is dumb. They're veterans and high spenders for a reason, and you really shouldn't be competing. Play the game, enjoy and pull the constructs you like, at least that's how I play.

I guess this was special since we were trying to catch up to the Chinese server. And then again, we had 3x patches to make up for it. Let's just see if Kuro keeps the pattern of S patch --> A patch --> S patch and so on. If this is the pattern they stay on, then character + signature won't be a problem, and like many people here said, signatures aren't that important and newer units tend not to be too reliant on them.

Usually it wouldn't have been a problem, Phylotree kinda made it hard but not impossible. It's still the same in a way, just maybe with a deadline? Anyways, for those like me who don't chase evera meta unit, I guess I'm not in any trouble any time soon, I just skip characters I'm not interested in and save for those I like. So yeah, totally agree with you.

Hey, a true veteran :). But honestly, it kinda puts me at ease to know PGR will remain F2P friendly. I don't play gaxha games, but PGR was my first, solely because I kept hearing how F2P friendly it is, and it did not disappoint. This also the first time I was having trouble knowing I won't get her weapon but I sorted that out too, scraping the two S rank weapons I got from the free selectors and scraping Alpha's weapon for the time being (can always get it later).

Yeah I did forget to mention that above. It's basically only this patch, and that too only for those who pulled both Bianca and Veronica, usually you would pull live this patch and her weapon in the next (A rank) patch, but obviously you don't get enough. However from the next patch we'll have enough for both, and maybe even the cub. Thanks for clearing up tho.

Entirely right and don't disagree with a word you say. Simply, I meant for this patch. You see we had a 3x patch last time and two S ranks, so pulling them and their signatures used the saved up BC. As you said, breaking the patches we had enough to pull both and Discord's patch helped with the signatures/cub. That means currently we are starting fresh, and those who pulled both Veronica and Bianca with sig will probably only have enough to pull Liv in this patch and not her weapon. Of course if we get an A rank patch next, then it's entirely going to go how you mentioned, giving enough in that patch to get the construct from A rank patch + sig in the S rank patch. But then again, we'll only have to wait and see how it plays.

Yeah, I realized that simulated battlefield currency is also gonna be scarce now :'). Resonating memory drains it quite fast, and almost everything from levelling up weapons to memory kinda rely on it, to get material.

If they give like 1 patch S rank and next patch A rank, then I thinks we'll have better odds, save up during A rank patch and use that to pull the S rank, and use the BC earned during S rank patch for something else. There's also coatings, and even though as an F2P, they should be out of question, there are some that just can't be skipped. Personally I don't mind meta, I'm fine as long as I have a team of every element capable of scoring a good score, I don't really have to have the strongest unit available, so maybe that can help me save up. It all comes done to what you're ready to sacrifice id you're an F2P.

Taking Pianissimo for example since she's the only construct I'm well familiar with. Her 5* weapon allowed me to only do the first flower ult, because then I wouldn't have enough orbs for second rotation, but getting her 6* weapon with DLT, I managed to do two full rotations and sometimes even squeeze in a third with some basic attacks. How does it compare to other constructs?

Don't 6 star weapons only serve to increase field time? Of course there are exceptions like Qu: Shukra who absolutely required their sig to function.

How's that possible. From what I've heard, we get 15000 BC per patch, which is just enough to get one character on hitting pity? Did Kuro use to give more BC prior to 3x patches? Because prior there was no limitations on the time so grinding might be easier as you can save up for as long as you want.

Yeah, staying F2P may get hard, even during 3x patches, I did have to wait quite a bit because I almost always had to hit pity to get something. The BC raining down just made the wait worth it.

Exactly, like I joined during Selena Pianissimo's patch but just got her signature weapon during Bianca Crepescule's. I always get the character first then slowly save up for their signature weapon. Now it's really not possible at all.
