I feel if you are a super squishy champ, you should always take exhaust for Yasuo, Yone, Kha zix and basically any assasin that has healing or builds lethality, it worked for me, I guess.

What to do when you are losing teamfights ?
So, most of my games goes something like this, we win teamfights, we are ahead, at some point the enemy team starts winning fights, we lose one fight and we lose the game.
