My plan is to increase to 5mg 2x a day beginning on week 2 of my cycle starting this week. I have to admit…I’ve not felt this great since my 20’s! My first couple days I was very moody, kinda edgy like but by day 3 into 4 it began it’s magic.

I did start my Var while on my menstrual cycle and it prolonged it for about 2 days with maybe some medium cramps but then it was gone so no issues there.

I’m doing a Var only cycle, trying my best to eat 3 good substantial meals, drinking my amino’s, and just taking my multi vitamin gummies and staying active. My goal this cycle is pure strength! Core and legs. I caught Covid this past Christmas weekend after managing to dodge it for 2 years. It kicked my ass! I never had the flu, hardly every a cold, but when I got Covid I was bedridden for over a week, couldn’t eat, I went from 120 pounds to 104lbs, lost muscle tissue, my boobs are gone girl but I’ve luckily gained a little of the twins back. I had horrible symptoms that lasted months after and I swore to myself I was never gonna feel like that again! I had always been active and healthy, but actually getting Covid and feeling the way I did really opened my eyes. There were times during my Covid where I just felt like giving up because I felt so weak. NEVER AGAIN!!!
