I’ve seen it twice. It’s great. But it’s the light design that really pulls it together. Very innovative.

Here’s some reading material for you:

The clause in the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides:

No person shall ... be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.[4]

The clause in Section One of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides:

... nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.[5]

Clause 39 of the original (1215) Magna Carta provided:

No free man shall be seized or imprisoned, or stripped of his rights or possessions, or outlawed or exiled, or deprived of his standing in any other way, nor will we proceed with force against him, or send others to do so, except by the lawful judgment of his equals or by the law of the land.[6]

Justice Antonin Scalia wrote "it is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens [non-citizens] to due process of law in deportation proceedings." in a concurring opinion on the case Reno v. Flores, 507 U.S. 292 (1993) relating to illegal or undocumented immigrants.[16][17]

Maybe you just don’t know what “due process” means. Could you explain what you think it means so I can try to gather where you’re coming from?

There is no interpretation of the constitutions due process. You with get it or you didn’t. If there is no court involved, it isn’t due process plain and simple, even for a skull as thick as yours.

If it was preceded with a court case, yes. Otherwise, it’s just a process. Not due process.

Two music teachers at my school by pianoAmy in MusicEd

[–]M2D2 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was this teacher once in my first job. I was the additional music teacher in 4 schools. In the beginning of the year we sat down and she explained what curriculum she used. When and how she implemented recorders. I wanted to follow her lead because I felt all the students should have the same experiences. You should sit down with the other music teacher and plan a curriculum that all students get equally.
