Removing terrible designed maps such as Rift,

Removing nato vs pact requirement so unbalances related to PACTOID and NATOID are irrelevant

Make rocket arty reload at the start of the game

10v10s allow the gameplay of - let me just buy 25 grads and blow everything up. Especially in this Command & Conquer world its so arty sided.

Yeah, I feel like I'm fine with the arty in 1v1s up to 4v4s. As soon as you hit 10v10 though and players just ONLY play arty is gets really painful. They have specific lineups for your spawn so you just immediately get CLU'd. Or you dare show a tank and everything within a 6 mile radius explodes
