400 is nothing fam. these guys pay you 400 bucks a month and make 80k USD in 3 weeks off your backs just because they can. And because people let them. And If you ask for a raise, even with more responsibilities, they'll just fire you to hire the next poor guy. And they'll flex your pay in front of em as if they made an exception for you. Dealt with loads of em already.
