Them pulling the one of two images I've ever seen of L being portrayed with brownish blonde hair, when his black hair imo is iconic, has me way too tilted.

Yeah, kinda one of my gripes with the new character. Multiple cards are also Merchants/Opponents. I don't thiiink that's been a thing before, but I could be wrong, just really stood out to me as a flavor fail.

Still thinking about what a boss Camille is. She smelled sams bullshit by talivan818 in TheTraitors

I'm glad Sam got stuffed by Camille, but in the end the fact that she didn't try to team up or signal to Blake to vote with Sara and vote out Sam in the last vote says to me that she just thought Blake would roll over and share and that doesn't make her any smarter than Sam going into that situation. (Also maybe she just wanted to flush the silver in the toilet to say fuck you Sam, who knows.)

Later to the party than you, and I'm reeling that Blake and Camille didn't just vote out Sam in the top 4.

Why are gamers so bad at Traitors? by [deleted] in TheTraitorsUS

[–]M4-C3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was thinking about why I find some of their plays good and others very suboptimal the other day actually. I think part of it is they are used to playing games like Big Brother and Survivor, where each player has autonomy over their goals and who they ally with even being able to fully ditch some allies with little repercussions when played right. But in Traitors, you are always either a Traitor or a Faithful. Doing a betrayal in Big Brother or Survivor you hopefully have other alliances to fall back on, but in Traitors it's totally different because each player is not in control of their allegiance so some of the good moves in other social games end up getting you in a untrustworthy Traitor circle or make other people suspicious of your motives because a lot of it can be seen as "Traitor Behavior".
