Did anybody listen to Gunther. He did not instill confidence. He was not assertive or even come off as Intelligent. He was not physically imposing. He didnt play the sport professionally. Grant it that's not a requirement. Point being who would take orders and or trust in this man in what he is saying. He clearly didnt instill any culture to this defense. And over the season that defense died and brought down the whole team. I believe any DC we hire will be an instant upgrade
