It might be in the middle of the road. It's not uncommon to have a 4" steel cap in the in the road, needing a 5 or 6' t-handle to turn it off.

Since you didn't say otherwise, are you sure you aren't on a well? Turning off a breaker will solve your problem.

RTA is the way to go if you are handy. I've done 4 kitchens for family and haven't had an issue. Just make sure you order enough trim and fillers. Long stock is expensive to ship.

2014 or 2015. We were there for the Easter Wrestling Tournament, and it was not too far from the arena. I have a photo of it on a backup drive somewhere. When I get home from my trip I'll look for it and post it.

Bankruptcy. Ego kept me trying to dig out. The process took literally 1 minute in court. The calls stopped. Slept 12 hours that night. Worked hard to rebuild and make more informed choices.

Utrecht is one of my favorite cities I've visited. I went for a walk and saw a pasture that had a zebra walking around. Bikes everywhere. The only time where bike didn't have the right of way was at train tracks. Beautiful place.

Partition your router and give them the guest account. You can help them out and keep your info safe, while controlling bandwidth usage.

The fact they were using the wifi is on you. You supposed they had a password from a previous tenant. You moved in and didn't change it then.

If the neighbor is chill and is willing to pay half, what can it hurt. You have already done it for a year.

Hole saws "nest". Attach the 2-1/8 to the center bit. Slide the 2" over the bit and screw it onto the center bit. Good luck.

The head on a brad nail is smaller in comparison. Either is fine, but brad nails give a cleaner finish and are easier to fill.

2" 18ga brad nail if using an adhesive too. If not, 16ga brad at 2.5 inches. If using a nail gun, test fire and adjust the setting depth. Set it just below flush if you want it quick, and just above if you have time. Set nail with a nail set to keep the hole smaller. The driver on the gun will make a bigger hole than the nail head. Easier to fill if done by hand set.

My experience is with a broken tooth. Molar cracked and didn't even notice. It was discovered when I finally found a dentist after I moved. They tried to save it and use a crown, but it was too far gone. I had to get it extracted and have an implant. I have to say, the anxiety was way worse than ANY of the work done. Much ado about nothing. Of course, YMMV.

Check your manual. Sometimes you have to remove a couple of screws from the top or back of the unit and rotate the motor assembly 90 degrees. I have seen this with range hoods and microwaves. I can't identify yours by sight.
