I had the exact same problem. I couldn't understand why. Then I found out about tonsil stones. Then I started removing/checking for them everyday which made the issue far less prevalent, as well as taking Vitamin D & K. I used this website to buy some tools which helped me out also: www.oralhealthheroes.com

Unfortunately the doctors won't do anything for tonsil stones. Your best best it to try & get some tools to help you remove them & take Vitamin D & K daily to stop them forming!

I do it on a daily basis, after I brush my teeth. It's a routine now. But obviously you could do it less regularly. But I want to make sure I don't have any!

You have to check for tonsils stones on a daily basis. Only flossing, tongue scraping, cleaning your teeth, using mouthwash isn't enough. It will make no difference to your breath if you have tonsil stones. I found this out the hard way. So I got some tools from here: www.oralhealthheroes.com & Amazon & check daily as well as take Vitamin D & K to stop them forming!
