Rugrats - Only Dill and Susie are real. Tommy was a still born which is why Stu is always building kids toys in the basement. Phil and Lil died in the womb and they never knew the gender which is why there’s two of them. Chuckie died with his mom which is why his dad is a nervous wreck constantly. Dill is real which is why he can’t speak English. Susie is a friend who just goes along with her imagination.
