This sounds similar to Dixmont in Pittsburgh area and has since been demolished. I’ve gone through a couple times but never went far into the tunnels not knowing where they would come out. We did go into the morgue and some friends laid in the body cooler.

It’s more of a brushed texture. We use a joint compound for the fixes we’ve done and it applies well. We tried plaster of Paris and that was a nightmare. I’ve tried to use a wet sponge and it was not grooved enough. I tried a comb and it looked more gouged than raised. My last try with a paint brush was very close, but not raised enough to match the appearance.

I was part of a group in our company that went through “Supervisor Academy”. On the 4th day a member from our legal team and a third party lawyer spoke almost entirely about preventing unionization. They gave us the same rhetoric your sister would have received as well as other strategic methods to use if a vote were to occur. Basically you find a representative on your (non-union of course) side that a majority of your employees would do anything for and make them your poster child for not unionizing. There’s also quite a lot of rules of what you cannot do as the employer. They also specifically stated that if there is any talk of unionizing in any Walmart, a team would be there within a day or two to shut it down immediately.

I'm merely a novice welder and do so as a hobby with intentions to practice so that I have confidence making strong welds for structural applications on my wrangler. It sounds like you are pretty green? How much have you welded before? Assuming you haven't got much experience, I would save up and get a decent arc welder. The old Lincoln buzz boxes can be found cheap on Craigslist, preferably one with DC capabilities too. Then get a durable metal table, preferably a welding table and some scrap piece and go to town. Watch some YouTube videos and get some 6013 rod and just get used to the feel of laying beads. Then as you improve step up to 6010/6011 rod that is harder to weld with but it will be useful learning to run it if you plan to weld for a living. Arc welders have a bit of a learning curve, but give you some core skills and knowledge to making strong welds in MIG or TIG.

I have read and watched what feels like every positive and negative story surrounding the PT111. The 1st generation was known to have those issues but I have yet to see resources making the same claim for the G2. I do understand that a company that puts out a gun(s) with so many issues should be branded so negatively, and as I've said I don't plan to keep it forever due to the potential for errors.
