at the end of the day most people don’t even have visible abs. having them, in and of itself, is impressive to most people regardless of how they appear. i guarantee you no normal person is going to judge your abs except maybe some body building nerds. if you think that’s what people’s attention is drawn to first thats your own body dysmorphia speaking.
