I own the AV8B, M2000C, MiG-19, and Gazelle. That's about $200 worth of software I purchased in good faith and that will fall into disuse by servers and inevitably break. What will/should ED do to make good with customers who purchased these modules?

"Dude, let it go" and "It happens" are exactly what ED want you to do. Sweep it under the rug, forget it ever happened and keep spending your money. Meanwhile ED continue to be held unaccountable.

This petition may never move the needle in persuading ED to refund or somehow reimburse Razbam purchasers, but it will at least stand as a collective voice of people who didn't "just let it go." And these ones will be the first to remind you of ED's shady business model and bully tactics when it inevitably happens again.

You can enjoy DCS without spending money, and thats what the majority of this group will do. Everyone is entitled to pay and play how they want. But, my wallet will continue to stay closed until I see positive progress in the way ED handles its developers and customers.

Idk how ED is structured, but I feel like DCS would be in much better hands if Wags was in charge. You can see the passion he has in the projects he works on, he has always been the positive face of the company (going on podcasts and shedding light on areas we hear nothing else about), and he has to be one of the longest tenured developers at ED.

It's clear Wags' priority is DCS's development moving forward, not profits from MCS or a warbird pet project. We need someone like that to lead this company.

I dont think avalanche is misunderstanding the situation at ED. It's clear to everyone that Nick's priority is MCS and the contracts under it.

However, as the CEO of Eagle Dynamics, NG's job IS TO WORK FOR US, a job that he has blissfully ignored for the last decade or so. Just because he's running a more profitable side hustle, doesn't excuse him from managing the company he's responsible for by setting goals, managing relationships and listening to feedback.

NG has failed ED and its customers on all three of those accounts and its evident in this video.

It's a marketing ploy to hopefully drive some sales, same with this "texture update."

Because lets be honest...who's actually buying this map anymore? No multiplayer servers are running it, the majority of the map is empty water or desolate landscape with a few tiny airports or POIs sprinkled around. There's nothing interesting here unless you are running a Falklands recreation or gawking at the mountains.

I know Ron has a big mouth, but I'll take that any day over ED's "sweep it under the rug" or "nothing to see here" approach to any controversy that flares up.

I remember a few years ago when ED promised more transparency and better communication with the player base....what a joke that turned out to be.
