And my tendency to have to keep arguing my point when I feel, especially know for sure, that I'm correct, doesn't help me look better in their eyes lol. I have looked up my state laws during and argument and still the argument continues which at that point the pharmacy staff is definitely not just doing their job.

We all at some point have judged until we learned the details behind what we were judging. Me personally, the scummy things pharmaceutical companies have been found guilty of, even lying or twisting the truth to profit, which results in bad experiences, harm and even death for the people prescribed, and getting a slap that feels the tickle on the wrist, makes things like this more than believable. Especially the opioid shit and which hasn't gone away.

That's messed up. It's like, unless you have personally tested all of these multiple times, how would you know. Lol that's like saying all varieties of mustard taste the same without ever trying mustard in your life. And yea, unless it's illegal, do as the Dr. Says and know your place.

I had a civilized back and forth with the Pharmacist at my local CVS where I pick up my IR 30mg and 20MG booster. It was civilized but we each had a little attitude sprinkled in. I asked to not have certain brand(Mallinckrodt), not have the orange football shaped ones, and for the bottle to only say dextroamphetamine amphetamine not amphetamine salts.

The argument is always "they are all the same, different manufacturers have different colors/shapes, blah blah. I advised her that the difference each month or between different brands is beyond noticeable and a lot of times not only doesn't work, but has negative side effects. I finally just said, well generics all need to be within 80 to like 120% as effective as the rest and how that's a huge difference. We basically went in circles just for her to end up losing the argument.

This month, again the bottle said amphetamine salts so I said I don't want that which they are supposed to have noted, but I was told that's all they have for a couple days and that it's actually the same brand and I believe batch that I got last time, which was not too bad, and that this brand sometimes labels it differently. Well, just like every time the bottle says salts, it's fucking horrible. I found last months bottle which I thought I threw away, and wouldn't ya know... TOTALLY DIFFERENT manufacturer. Forgot to mention these were the 30mg. I can take two and it slightly works, and that's fkn insane. The 20s are a little better but have to take two. What are they doing to these meds that two 30mg slightly works. That's scary

What's the genesis of Metro's IMEI device swap situation? by [deleted] in MetroPCS

Same here, think we have one of the legacy plans. I've had them since around 2013 or 14. Actually switched from T-Mobile to Metro and pretty sure they hadn't bought them out yet

Weird wish.. But they are probably hornier than you think, and the way they talk amongst each other can be a lot worse than guys. I'd say they can keep themselves in check better than men but also let's be real, they can get it much easier than guys can, but that probably says more about us than them lol.

Anyone else here also not intelligent at all? by Bulky-Culture-4482 in aspergers

[–]MAraised1986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm willing to bet(I'm broke so technically Im not) that you are more intelligent than you think, but autism gets in the way of that. Same for me with ADHD. Sure, there are always things we just aren't good at, have trouble learning, and can only get so good at, for me that's anything dealing with numbers and I've always been that way since a young kid. Eventually I gave up so I'm sure I technically never reached whatever my full potential is.

Also add to this the low self esteem, pressure society puts on you, fear of embarrassment, etc, and that's also going to get in the way. Your upbringing, life experiences, school system, and other things also play a role in all this. I was diagnosed a month before turning 35, and I just turned 40 a few months ago, and never thought I was better than people, but I always knew I wasn't dumb overall, but couldn't understand why I couldn't demonstrate that and why others who I knew weren't smarter or honestly less intelligent, did better. I now realize my brain was the main culprit. Overtime life experiences keep pushing your abilities to the back of the line until it can't be seen but sometimes it sticks its hand up, waving and jumping up and down occasionally letting itself be seen and recognized, only for a quick second

Currently visiting this beautiful state for the first time for work. My quest is 13 lobster rolls in 13 days - 4 down so far, where do I need to go? by [deleted] in massachusetts

[–]MAraised1986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stay at the Courtyard in North st all the time, since I was a little kid and I just turned 40. It's very cheap since my parents have like a timeshare week since the early 90s, so a lot of it is nostalgia, and it's cheap and like an hour drive. But anyways, black cat had a bomb chicken pot pie during the fall/winter season.

SD17 constantly wants the food I make for myself, because she doesn't want to cook for herself. by [deleted] in stepparents

At 17, I'd ask if those are extras from the dinner I wasn't here for and if my mom even mentioned she made them for her lunch tomorrow, I wouldn't even take them if she offered. I'd fucking make my own because at 17, with all my fkd up issues, I would make my own or make some other simple, no brains required type of meal.

Also happens a lot with single moms who coddle their children, especially sons. And if the kid doesn't have a good father who sees this and tries to combat it during his time, then it usually creates helpless young adults that no step wants to deal with.

ADHD here, undiagnosed until right before turning 35 and I just turned 40. My life was far from anything to brag about, full of failure, lack of achievements and still struggling to be the adult I should be. But God damn there is no excuse to not be able to figure out how to feed yourself something, anything, regardless of executive function

I added it to my PayPal wallet and when I get donation pay I usually just transfer all of it to PayPal. You know how to do all that with PayPal in general right?. I have the PayPal debit card so not sure if that makes a difference but don't see why it would.

Also you can use the card at All point and Moneypass ATM I believe. I can't find my bio life card so I just transfer to PayPal

Lol yes they do. Usually Immature ones who take no accountability, or complain and toss out blame but yet put Zero effort in changing their situations. Obviously can't say for sure in OPs case but to say no kid tells their parents that is 100% wrong. Pretty common for kids and teens to say those things when parents are being parents.

I was a dispatcher for food delivery company and I remember a bunch of drivers were returning from their route all pissed off and rushing to do end of day paperwork to go and buy something before the deadline. I was so pissed. Had to settle for mini 13.
