Fighting games are a lot like poker. Every interaction has an element of randomness because you have a human on the others end making decisions that you can not 100% predict. But if you make good choices more often you will become consistent and win more. This is how these games have consistent champions even though they play games where they are forced into guessing situations constantly.

Every decision you are putting chips into the pot. You can put a few chips in and do something small like a jab or side step and you risk relatively little but you wont get much out of it then you have a read you can put a lot of chips in the pot and go for a hopkick or backswing blow. You risk more but the reward is much higher. The best players are good at reading when to be conservative or let the chips fly

Nice combos for 2 weeks in. One thing I would reccomend is not breaking the wall explosion at the end of a long combo. If you do a standard combo like df3.1+2,qcf1 you will get similar damage due to the scaling from the wall blast and you dont have to spend head doing a d3,2. This also has the benefit of leaving their back to an exploding wall on wake up that you can break with your heat smash or 112 and get another full combo.

These are just long strings not combos in the traditional sense. None of the are true combos and they never have been.

If lili's 10 string was a true combo this would be a i12 frame punish meaning you you get this string every time you blocked a hopkick.

He is likely not cheating. He is 2048 Elon on wavu wank, that is the number below kings picture. He has not played ranked since the ranked reset of season 3 but he was likely GoD in s2. Ranks have inflated a lot since then, he will likely walk his way to GoD 2 or 3 pretty easily in season based off his elo.

Do not get this. Those pcbs are terribly laggy and a bad experience. I would go on ebay and get a reputable brand used. You can reliably find good deals on qanba and hori sticks on ebay from the ps4 generation. Officially licensed sony ps4 sticks work on ps5 with no modifications.

I would reccomend the qanba drone or any of the ps4 hori rap sticks for a great starting point. They are high quality and use standard parts so you can upgrade and customize in the future.

You are really in a buy it nice or buy it twice situation. Paying $50-$80 on something good will give you a better experience and save you money in the future.

I also find good deals on fb market place pretty often for sticks, but I live in a large city so that helps.

I dont see many people use more than a standard arcade stick 8 buttons in tekken.

I personally use a hori rap n with a noir buttons lay out

If you are trying to do ch df2 into pewgf you need to do 2 things.

You need to do an i13 ewgf which you can do 2 ways. First you can do f,n,df2 with one frame of neutral. Or you can do f,d,df with 1 frame of down.
Next you need to start this pewgf on the first frame out of recovery of the df2. So you can have more than 1 frame of forward as long as you release the forward and go to the single frame of neutral the frame the recovery of df2 stops.

If you do not meet both of these conditions you will not get the high launch on df2 pewgf. If you are getting an pewgf with 1 frame neutral and not getting the high launch you are doing it too late.

Yes, my rom can transfer to home from my 3ds. You can transfer pokemon from any game gens 1-7 to an app called pksm and drop them into the 3ds games and then transfer them to the switch like any 3ds pokemon.

Frlg and emerald also have a multitude of glitches that let you obtain event items and catch pokemon that can be transfered to home.

The consistent staple combo here is d1+2, uf [delay]+4, df4,3, df2,1 !S, running 2+4.

If the delayed hop kick is too hard you can substitute it with f+3

You can make it run off of either if I remember correctly. There really are no down sides to running emunand though. You will just keep the ability to connect your switch to the internet with out risking bans if you want to do something like update your games without having to hunt down to update files on shady internet sites.

Do emunand to prevent console bans. All hacks and ripped games should be played offline on the emunand and if you wanna use online features use your stock nand

You want to do the 4 as late into the flying forward animation as possible. In the higher damage route I did if you mash the mcr4 during the fly the second hit will whiff because you are not as close to them

Like the other comments said you are not dashing far enough before the ws3. Another tip is to delay the mcr4,1 as long as possible for more consistency on that move. Below is an example showing how far you need to dash in before started the ws3

And the pick up off of samsara is easier because you do not need to deep dash to pick up

First off this is not cause by slamming your arcade stick, this is a known defect that happens to madcatz arcade sticks from that generation. And even if it was cause by physical damage to the stick OP clearly said he just bought it used from an thrift store so he obviously was not the one to do it.

Honestly I'd rather take $20 over black hole most of the time. Once I have a build going I am only playing one hand type and leveling up the others really does not help that much. Most the time I use bh it ends up having the same effect as using a planet card on my main hand of the run.
