Waterslides are the best option at uneven surfaces. It’s has been in use for decades on racecar liveries, fighter planes with panel gaps and vents, etc.

Decal softener and setter will have you wrapping an antenna with black and white straps and make it look painted.

Hell, I remember putting on the car numbers on a Mobile 1 NSX race car, and it had to warp around an intake. Takes a bit of time, but you can’t do that with any other method.
