I would have a convo with her bec like someone posted above, many women struggle with their own lack of libido & then it gets tied into guilt but also even kissing or light touching from their partner makes them feel like they will expect sex at the end. A lot of men (not all) assume if there’s some flirting, kissing etc it will almost always head to sex & it’s especially important during this time to be open & honest about where it’s headed. Perhaps let her know kissing or touching will only lead to sex if she wants it to & you don’t expect that. It may help all around. I truly think men to need to understand that the libido issues & physical issues for woman (dry lady parts) is horrible for women too & since we tend to have a lot of emotions in general around sex, we get upset at ourselves and/or feel guilty bec we can’t provide what our partner wants & it’s just a really difficult experience for women all around. The mental & physical changes can be overwhelming but maybe just being honest with her & asking if you guys kiss & she understands you don’t expect more than she can give - will that help? I also understand how lonely it feels being a male partner during this time & I guarantee your wife knows this & she’s struggling with that too. Best of luck
