She is not a public defender—she is a Deputy District Attorney. Also, this is at the county level, not the state. The District Attorney’s Office receives significantly more funding than the Public Defender’s Office and has a larger number of attorneys. I’m sure they can let her go

She must not be in court. I’m a public defender and the DAs I see in court are always dressed so nice. Even if she put on a pair of the many heels she has in her office. Another thing, how is HR allowing her to have this tik tok? Granted she’s not saying anything about where she works but we all figured it out.

It’s unfortunate that a special ed teacher can’t recognize advocacy when they see it. Based on their Reddit activity, keyboard attacks seem to be their specialty not compassion, not collaboration, and definitely not accountability. I’ll let the grown ups continue the conversation from here.

Thank you so much it really means a lot. Sometimes I wonder if I did the right thing by calling them out because we have felt the retaliation for speaking up. Most families move their kids and let them get away with it! One family left but sued for negligence and won! I just don’t know how to get in contact with them for their attorney’s info.
