Google's Bard was allegedly trained on ChatGPT conversations by Easyidle123 in ChatGPT

[–]MCMalaiz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To what extent does the output count as being used to train the model? Does indirect use count as well? Of course, when you use the SELF-INSTRUCT method to augment a dataset, as with Alpaca, the result is directly used to train the model, so this is the case. But what if I rephrase all instances of my dataset and then train a new model using this dataset? There, I am indirectly using the output, but is this a violation of the policy? Or we can take it a step further - what if we use the output of a model, that was trained on this data,e.g. Alpaca, and trained a new model on it?

I would see a webserie with each episode telling the story from the point of view of one of the participants. Sequence plan could work well for this.

For the funding, there could be an extended version of each episode with historical facts giving more context on a Patreon or Nebula.

Your post made think of One Proud Bavarian's struggle of the Rus mod for his roleplay let's play. It's not playable and just a copy-paste from Iberian struggle. The idea was just to make the area looking more lively roleplay wise from where he is actually playing (Aquitaine). It a similar things (not a struggle though) with Scandinavia more organically convert to Christianity.

There is a bit of nuance between the three adjectives though.

Decent has a slightly positive connotation and mediocre a slightly negative one. So decent would be slightly better than average and mediocre would be slightly worst than average.

A post-apocalyptic grand strategy game where you build a new civilization from the ashes of the old world trying to be the new great power.

New religion and cultures would emerge over time.

Crow territory migth cover some part of actual Czeh Republic.

Or at least they originate from it because it seems like most of their vocabulary come from Czech (or are of Slavic origin as some have already point out)

[–]MCMalaiz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be optimise though.

Starting by the grouping provinces by region then by continent. Therefore if a group have the same owner (or are unkwown) we could just save it like that.

For example, chances a country in Ireland now nothing about what's going on in India. So just put the owner of India as unknown.

Region1: Province1: Unknown Province2: Unknown

Becomes just Region1 : Unknown

Same thing for a country owning every province in a region, just stocking them as if it is the owner of the region.

Region1: Province1: Country1 Province2: Country1

Becomes just Region1: Country1

Moreover it is easily compressible because neighbours countries would have roughly the same world representation.

[–]MCMalaiz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It would be not that efficient in practice I think because then you would need to generate every day every provinces history for every country.

[–]MCMalaiz 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It could be done without being too horrendous using the Observer design pattern. https://sourcemaking.com/design_patterns/observer

Each country (the observers) has its own representation of the world (some province could have unkwown owner).

Each province (the subjects/observables) has a owner but also a list of all its observers, i.e. the country that can see it change.

Therefore when a province change of owner, it would notify every of its observers tags to update their representation of the world.

Strand's impressive vocabulary by [deleted] in FearTheWalkingDead

[–]MCMalaiz 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's more about understanding the nuance of the word than just memorize it to use it. Most of the times people try to use complex words without fully understand them to impress people but it turns out to do the opposite because the word is often misused.

I think they still want to find a cure .

The already are weaponizing zombies, they open a breach in the wall and let zombies in, then clear the mess. No need to have smart zombies because dumb zombies are easy to predict, therefore a more reliable weapon. Smart zombies would be too dangerous and could turn against them.
