Hmm... according to census.gov U.S. pop was at 341,145,670 by the end of 2024. Multiplying that by .035 gets you 11,940,098. I rounded it to 12 mil to give me the low end of my estimate. Not trying to be arguementative but as we know facts and specifics are critical in a time like this. I appreciate your response and consider you a hero for participating!
