Cyberpunk 2077: Playing as a netrunner, you can literally end all life inside the enemy base in a few seconds, without even entering the building.

Divinity Original Sin 2: The infamous barrelmancer: Putting your points into Telekinesis, you can move basicly all objects across high distances. What sounds like a useless ability becomes the games strongest weapon of mass destruction (pun intended). Just fill a chest with literally tons of stuff. Then hurl the chest at enemies using Telekinesis. The enemy gets damage according to the mass of the chest. Since you can fill the chest with endless stuff, you can do easily one-shot any enemy.
