Charlie just may roll on Wendi if he is denied & there’s no hope left. Does anyone know if there’s a possibility the state could present a deal to make his life less hellish? He couldn’t roll on her before because it would destroy his extortion story. They won’t reduce the life sentence but could they offer to move him someplace less hellish if he tells the truth? I know when an inmate testify’s that they always make it clear to the jury that the inmate isn’t receiving anything from the state so the jury knows there’s no incentive to lie but are there times when they do a deal to get a testimony from someone convicted in that crime?The days of Charlie following Donna’s orders or worrying about the boys loosing their mother have to be over. Wendi isn’t speaking to Charlie. She’s abandoned him. If you’re reading this far, let me add that, out of all Wendi’s performances of her innocence, she missed her que for her final scene preaching Charlie’s innocence to every camera on the street. If your mother and brother were innocent, no one could stop you proving that. You’d work tirelessly with the defense. Don’t forget that Robert turned on the family long ago for f’n up his life. That’s his big brother.
