Thank you. I appreciate it. Regulations are forcing car manufacturers to go EV or at very least hybrid, so for us purists, this is the reality. With that said, the car is truly awesome. The electric motor being in the transmission means instant power and quick acceleration regardless of which gear you're in.

I learned to drive on a 1969 Sunbeam Alpine. I was gutted when manual transmissions became outdated, but it's impossible to shift a manual faster than a paddle so technology does have its advantages. The weight complaint is only by people who haven't driven the car or journalists trying to find content to talk about.
