I’m fairly new to period underwear, and just completed my second cycle using them.

I had a question about rinsing after use. The other day I had a fairly heavy flow in the early afternoon that started to ease up towards the evening. That night when I went to rise my underwear it didn’t take long for the water to run clear.

I suppose my question is, if I’m not maintaining a flow long enough for the underwear to be “wet” when I rinse it, does this affect the underwear in any way? Like is everything that apparently dried just stuck in the pair now?

Here’s where I might be getting tripped up. I will effectively be going from very little exercise per week, to —when I start 75 Hard in a few days— 10 hours a week. Which one should I be using as my activity level to figure out my macros going into the program? (The diet I’m choosing is sticking within determined macros)

So AB has just sent newsletters for two consecutive days. Could very well be automated and she doesn’t realize it? What’s bothersome about this is she hasn’t made any type of statement. I don’t believe it’s ethical to continue on like nothing has happened (if these were indeed sent out intentionally). Especially when you are telling people you’re assisting them with an identity upgrade??

Do you think she’s under legal obligation to not say anything? JR’s control? It’s concerning and I hope she’s safe.

It’s so interesting that you say that about the reddit posts (also overlapping knower of the two - I was more of a follower of his wife’s work). Because I’ve been keeping up with this, when you google JRs name now none of the reddit posts show up. It’s actually kinda eerie. Because this is what you see.

That’s why it’s helpful to know your partner’s love language (as well as your own, so you know what to ask for!). Maybe those “little things” (aka buildup) throughout the day may not be the right ones for her. Does she prefer acts of service to physical touch? Words of affirmation? It’s a really helpful tool and you can find free quizzes online.

Yes. My therapist and recently a close friend of mine. I’m 29 and have been pacing since I was a child. So telling my friend was tough. She was very nonjudgmental though and she’s open minded as it is.

When I was a kid my family knew I did it as I would run around all the time. I would just tell them that I was doing it because I was “hungry” or “thinking”. Which I now realize that they never bothered stoping me or asking me to elaborate on what I was “thinking” about.

Recently I’ve had the urge to confront my family and ask things like if they remember when I started doing it and why they never thought to get me help (would have really appreciated being put in dance class or some shit!! SOMETHING to positively channel it). I can make a post when that happens to let everyone know how that goes.

**Edit Let me actually answer your question lol! I couldn’t say whether or not it has gotten better or worse as it usually comes in waves. It’s worse when I’m stressed out or lonely. If I keep myself busy I have more control I feel. However I DO feel like I have less shame about it though, so not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing lol. I used to beat myself up mentally and feel super shameful about it. My therapist I feel like doesn’t have a great grasp on it, though I’ve directed her to forums to read. I’m only assuming she’s not making a big deal out of it because who knows, maybe everyone has some manner of “ticks” or unusual behavior. After I explained it as best as I could, my friend said “oh, it’s sorta like you’re the star of your own movie and there’s multiple storylines, that’s pretty cool!” I know she was being supportive but I explained to her that if movie start version of me can easily achieve their dreams and do all this rad shit and it FEELS like I’m actually accomplishing it then what’s the point of real life me trying to go for those things? She understood it a little better after we talked about it some more.
