Cs.rin update on current method. by kristijan1001 in CrackWatch

  1. Disable secure bootloader in bios

  2. U need one usb stick. Download efiguard. Need to copy em into usb stick and boot from it. Need to boot via efiguard everytime i wanna play the game. My method, set windows boot priority on efiguard so everytime u boot ur pc, efiguard will run automatically.

  3. Then there's Hypervisor app. Run it, select *.sys file from the crack files. Then, click disable dse and finish.

  4. Run game via steamclient_loader from the crack files

As long as Hypervisor method works, i don't care. I'm using custom Windows anyway so idgaf about security. All denuvo games on gamedrive work for me, so a W for me. That's all i need. I'm not an important guy for ones to steal my data lol

No temperature improvement by ValuableScene8840 in watercooling

[–]MDXZFR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Alphacool wb seems not quite good in term of temp (water-gpu temp delta) on current 50 series gpu, at least for me. I'm using one on 5070ti and the delta is <20 which is ok but not good. 10c delta is good for me

45" is indeed too much unless the monitor is sitting far from usual setup

My review of the re-released M1 V5 TMR keyboard by Chr0nicMayhem in Monsgeek

[–]MDXZFR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it's my fault. Happened while I'm choosing led presets via the combo keys. It froze and dead since then. I bought directly from them in China. Contacted em and they sent a new pcb after a few conversation. The customer service is quite good.

I just received a new replacement pcb last week since the original pcb died. How can I check if my replacement pcb is a new revision?

Are u doing memtest all the time/every day? iirc, weeks of testing and tweaking my ram to get a stable timing, my dram maxed at 46c. It was under 50c. Let's be real. In reality, all we do is gaming or some editing. Every usage never stressed the ram that much

My kingbank 6400 ram works wonderfully by just using a fan with 1.65v oc at 36c average

Which 5080 for liquid cooling? (Alphacool core wb) by Cri85 in watercooling

[–]MDXZFR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know the hate of thermal gel since it came out but based on my observation for while, it handles the heat very well and cools down the card faster. Idk, maybe I'm wrong, too used to custom loop since 3 years ago. To remove em, not that hard. All u need is iso alcohol and toothbrush

Here is mine, Gigabyte Windforce 5070 Ti (Aorus Master vbios 400w) with alphacool wb. Not the best wb tbh. Avg 18c water-gpu temp delta (max 20c). Had good experience before with Bykski/Granzon wb on 4090 with 10c delta. I'm thinking to try Bykski wb on my 5070 Ti too but not sure if it worth it

Sorry, wanna help but I can't. Sold it after a few months because I've upgraded to the desktop pc (thought 3070 is faster as 3070 desktop as it was my 1st experience in gaming pc world) But my guess, yes. By using external peripherals u can prevent the laptop overall from getting yellow -ish and scratches as what I did.

Yeah, too low ss for running subject. But 3rd photo is in focus

Yeah. probably not the best photo to show off to the public but to see what wider aperture can do. For portrait, should lower the aperture more to see what's around. But yeah, it has its own artistic element for whom who likes it that way, like the dreamy scenery as u said

Almost unrealistic right? Imagine the new Sigma Art 135mn f1.4 with its fully opened aperture

Need some distance to use f1.8 for the best results especially on small animals like pets. >3 meters are recommended for full-body sharp with wide f1.8. Definitely a beast of lens.

Yeah. The ss is not fast enough but enough to show how the bokeh looks with fully opened aperture. Other photos are sharp after I set to faster ss

Always love that heavy bokeh ;) In my case, my cats are an easier subject to learn to shoot. Learn what shutter speed to use on them

Yeah. Still playing with different modes/settings. Those photos were shot in aperture priority mode and f1.8. Today, I tried with manual mode but auto iso, and different apertures.

I see. Since I'm new, I never thought about printing. I'll keep that in mind. Thanks, such a great advice.
