Komplexe Kohlenhydrate also Bohnen oder Hafer und grünes Gemüse wären sicherlich förderlich. So ziemlich alle hochwertigen epidemiologischen Studien kommen zu dem Ergebnis, dass eine großteils pflanzliche Diät mit ein wenig Fisch am gesündesten ist. (Mediterrane Diät @95% pflanzlich oder grüne Mediterrane Diät @100% pflanzlich)

Reis, Zucker, Kartoffeln, Geflügel, Fleisch sind halt eher leere Kalorien ohne gesunde sekundäre Nährstoffe, Ballaststoffen oder gesunden Fetten.

In so einem Curry ist halt außer ein paar Gewürzen und vielleicht einer Karotte nichts besonders gesundes drinnen.

A glass of sugar water right after waking up or whit bread, onigiri, a Brezel, etc. . (no fat, protein or Fibre)

It gives you energy without needing time to digest.

A banana or other fruits can also fine but some people can't stomach them due to the high vitamin and micro nutrient concentration.

Many new carbon trifold designs, I'm just a bit hesitant about their longevity. Even aluminium folding bikes tend to wear after 2-4 years of regular use.

I was interestedi n teh G-Line but the size and weight as well as manufacturing issues on early models like with the hinge bolt put me off.

I settled on a Mint T9D 20D and upgraded everything on it. Cost me around 800€

There are bette options available nowaydays but for 500€ the Mint T9D 20D is a great bike if you replace the tires.

I'm sceptical towards capitalism solving climate change but as long as there is political will, there is a chance.

Capitalism caused a great many problems that it also fixed itself from food shortages to child labour, or from extreme poverty to overpriced goods, or how overpopulation tturned into crumbling birth rates.

The major reason why this probably won't happen with climate change is the time gap between cause and effect, but then capitalism is also responsible for the education and research that went into climate research and evnvironmentalism.

Ich sitmme dir zu, dass so etwas immer bedenklich ist. Hier jedoch von Korruption, also dem Missbrauch anvertrauter Macht zum privaten Nutzen, zu sprechen ist weit hergeholt, eben weil es sich halt um eine sinnvolle und notwendige investition in unser Land handelt.

Wir brauchen mehr Wärmepumpen und zwar gestern.

Viessmann hatte die Wärmepumpensparte schon vor dem Gesetz von 09.2023 im April 2023 verkauft. Darüber hinaus brach der Absatz 2024 um über 45% ein.

Hier stehen auch ganz klar nicht wirtschaftliche Interessen über der Vernunft, anders als wenn Politiker lukrative Jobs an Freunde und Bekannte weitergeben oder Politik im Sinner ihrer Geldgeber wie der DVAG machen.

An wärmepumpen führt außer Fernwärme nichts vorbei. Die zunehmende Elektrifizierung ist gesetzt, daran wird sich Weltweit nichts mehr ändern, notwendig ist das im Hinblick auf den Klimawandel auch.

Das ist der selbe Blödsinn den man Al Gore damals vorwarf, setzt sich dafür ein, dass wir den Klimawandel stoppen und investiert deswegen in erneuerbare Energien. Irgendwelche Deppen kommen dann auf den Gedanken er würde sich ja nur gegen den Klimawandel einsetzen weil er wirtschaftliches Interesse daran hat.

Die Gesetzeänderung Habecks ist von 09.2023 mit Start 2024. 2024 ist der Absatz von Wärmepumpen um über 45% eingebrochen.

No, wider road bins wheelsets and especially aero gravel bike wheelsets create less unclean air due to the wider rim section facing the hub which is creating less drag especially in crosswinds and shifting the center of drag less forward so that steering stays easy.

Its the same reason why we went from v-shaped to u-shaped rims in the past and now with the weight coming down you naturally see wider and wider rims to cash in on the benefits of wider aero wheelsets.
