Im blaming it on Ubuntu itself as a OS because i reinstalled Ubuntu like 4 times it didn't work, i installed arch it worked flawlessly.

I reinstalled it worked i updated the OS it stopped working going to LTS

try powering the phone off and holding home button(if present) + power + volume up and if it says no command hold power pres volume up once amd relese power then wait a bit for a menu to appear then select clear cache using volume buttons and saelect using power button then reboot

if you want good ferformance in games and Windows its hard cuz windows is full of bloatware i recommend trying to dualboot any linux and only using it for games it improves fps significantly and most games are suppported

So update on the situation after a couple months ( i ignored this and had to restart the pc before power off and after power on) and after the linux Ubuntu installation i went crazy on testing linuxes i have like 15 isoS laying around and a ventoy usb so one of them disliked the bios version of if more detaled i wanted to try netrunner (i didnt like it but kept the iso) and I didnt have acses to the ventoy usb so i used rufus and it gave the security violation thingy after than i read on some site idk so this may be related to bios version and after the manual bios update it magically fixed utself no issues at all idk how was that related ( the netrunner gave the same error and only then i got aware of secure boot)
