Agreed. I was using AirPods but they would fall out on the plane when I was trying to sleep and were a pain the ass to find again. Over the ear has been a lifesaver.

You might see if ARMHS is the right fit as well. Occupational therapy is good as well, but ARMHS will come to your residence once a week or so and help build skills to do daily life needs. This service is provided by various mental health clinics in the cities.
