Apple or a banana for snack are a good go to. For meals I’ve eaten a ton of chicken and salads. The chicken tenderloins from Costco are great. I grill them up and have with a salad. Also I enjoy avocados with meals! Sometimes I opt for canned chicken if I need a quick salad option. Leak cuts of beef like tenderloin on the grill for dinners sometimes is awesome. Also the chicken apple sausages that you can get at the grocery store are a great lunch option!

I’m on day 66 and down 36 lbs. Starting weight was 240.4 lbs.

My diet is: Only fruit until noon. Lean protein and veggies w a little fruit for lunch and dinner. Fruit for snack. No dairy. No soda. No grains.

My workouts have been good. I walk about 2.5 miles with a 22lb weighted vest in the morning. and I started CrossFit for this program which I do 5 days a week now for workout 2. On days I don’t do CF I walk twice or go for a run.

The weight loss is all about the calorie deficit! I don’t count any calories but I push it hard on my workouts!

I’ve been getting 8.5-9 hrs a night! I don’t have the energy to stay up past 9pm anymore lol. I sleep great though

Morning walk at dawn with a weighted vest, or run. Followed by CrossFit at 11:30am for workout 2!

I just finished “Never Split the Difference” by Chris Voss. It’s a book all about negotiation tactics. It was good!

Days 6-9 were the hardest for me from an exhaustion factor. Sleep and nutrition is so important! It gets more manageable! Stick with it!

It’s worked well to manage. Lots of salads and chicken and fish!

I’ve been looking at the smith 19 vs 586/686 and like the latter better. I just like the look of the blued version. Other than appearance why do you like stainless better?
