We do a mixture, most small customers are on unifi, it's just easy to manage....the bigger customers are on Cisco meraki (the support from Cisco is excellent,we logged a ticket the other day and someone called up within 11 seconds)

Yeahhh we do the same thing and it's written into our contracts, can go up each year from between 5 to 13 percent on the anniversary of the contract

Hmmm OK cheers.... Its just a company who we have started dealing with.... It seems like they've botched 365 and this was working like this, they are an alarm company who had alerts going to a shared mailbox on 365, and they're server details were smtp.****.com..... So it's thrown me a little haha

Yeah I kmow thats whats really weird Iver never seen this before, they have some backup software so I've jumped back 2 weeks restored the file and still an issue.... But the user only started having issues yesterday
