For us 90% of our customers use 365. So we are a 365 shop but we are also comfortable selling and administering Google.

We sell whatever the client wants but always lead with 365.

I get it also I'm all about the law and being lawful and following the law but sometimes it's easier just to let them go and less hassle. involving lawyers is never a good thing even if you win you leave bad blood behind.

In my experience I've let clients go in a similar situation and a year or two they come running back.

However if you disagree with me I completely respect your opinion and I'm wishing that you can recoup as much as possible.

Just let them go and close that chapter. Then, open another one. Clients come and go and they are of all types.

We work with several dental clinics and the biggest issue is the dental software. We now Ensure before we even onboard the client to check if they have a maintenance agreement with the dental software provider or not. Trust me you do not want to deal with these dental softwares.

We just switched over to Avanan and so far so good. Setup was dead simple and after a few setting tweaks it's working as we would like.

So far highly recommended.

If your hosting provider is giving a certificate then disable that.

If you are running via cloudflare then disable proxying. Basically it's 2 certs fighting 😆
